TapHoaMMO operates on a unified personal account architecture via Logto. Every registered user maintains a single account capable of participating in multiple roles:
Users must safeguard their authentication credentials and enable two-factor authentication (2FA). All actions taken through your account are deemed authorized by you.
TapHoaMMO utilizes Credits as the internal denomination for all market transactions, settlements, and escrow holds:
Fixed exchange rate: 1 Credit equals exactly 1 Vietnamese Dong (1 Credit = 1 VND).
Account balance classification:
Available Balance (Số dư khả dụng): Funds immediately available for purchases, order checkout, or withdrawal to your linked bank account or payout method.
Held Balance (Số dư chờ giải ngân): Sales revenue undergoing escrow protection during the Hold Duration, which automatically transitions to Available Balance once the hold window expires without an open dispute.
Top-up & Withdrawal procedures: Credit top-ups are processed automatically via verified payment gateways; credit withdrawals undergo double-entry ledger audits to prevent fraud and money laundering.
To maximize buyer protection and seller flexibility, TapHoaMMO provides two distinct payment mechanisms:
Buyer Credits are deducted and safely locked in escrow during the entire Hold Duration (Thời gian giữ). The seller only receives payout after delivery and expiration of the dispute window. The platform guarantees a 100% Credit refund if the seller fails to deliver within 24 hours or the credentials are invalid.
Buyers transfer funds directly to the seller personal bank account or wallet without platform escrow intervention. CRITICAL WARNING: Direct payments carry NO platform escrow protection. TapHoaMMO cannot recover funds, resolve claims, or issue refunds for transactions conducted through the direct channel.
A Platform Fee (Phí sàn) is assessed on completed transactions to sustain platform infrastructure, payment rails, and customer protection operations.

TapHoaMMO enforces a strict Zero Tolerance policy against fraudulent activities and illicit merchandise:
Strictly forbidden: Stolen accounts (cracked/hacked), cyberattack utilities, unauthorized credit cards (carding), sensitive private data, malware, or any material infringing prevailing laws.
Enforcement measures: Infringing accounts are permanently banned with immediate balance freeze to facilitate victim compensation.
Public Scam Warning List: Identities, bank accounts, and identifying details of fraudsters are permanently recorded and published on the public Scam List (/scams) to safeguard the wider MMO community.
